London Distilled Gin, It Certainly Is Every Girls Tonic

It’s entered my head that I have written so much about men sipping on distilled gin, with me being a girl (well , I was the last moment that I checked), and I also drink London distilled gin, thus at risk from it becoming a male fest, below is one dedicated to the women.

The next time that you are out on a gals evening out, and you’re stood at the bar, thinking about what you want to drink, and well you can’t enjoy a pint, as the pint glass clashes with your outfit, and you can’t have cider, simply because it would make you bloated, plus you really wouldn’t mind a drop of your favourite wine, on the other hand oh dear, that would be a billion calories you would prefer to waste on delicious chocolate, and well you would prefer to drink champagne, having said that that is not going to happen unless a rich friend swoops through the door and takes you home to his massive apartment, and builds you a big closet and settles all your bills…so what will you drink? Well my soul mates, fear no more, simply because Vicki has completed all of the labour so you don’t have to.

The best solution would be…..yes you most likely can work it out simply because of the basic fact I’m writing about Oliver Twist gin but it’s dry gin and (Slimline)Tonic!

“Certainly? But Why?” I hear you asking. Well…here it is:

1) They are seriously low in calories. In a Gin & Slimline Tonic there are…hang on….only 56 calories. And that means you do not need to feel too guilty if you drink several, also, you don’t have to fail any pre-christmas diet plans. It is a win win scenario.

2) It is beneficial for your bones, I am deadly serious. It helps with joint problems and has recently been seen to assist as an effective “remedy” for arthritis. All you have to do is find a number of yellow raisins, set them in a container, drench them in London dry gin, leave the gin to soak in for a week or so, stick them within a jug, then try eating nine of them per day…and at some point, your joints might be feeling slightly healthier. I most likely would not advocate doing this in the pub however since you are most probably going to look like an utter half wit.

3) Yet another interesting trait is that, on the run up to your female time that occurs monthly, a handful of women go through bloatedness, and the juniper berries which are contained in dry gin contain a diuretic (this means you go to the bathroom even more) action. This makes you get rid of more water which assists to provide a quick treatment plan for a bloated tummy.

So that all this being proclaimed, the next time you are feeling slightly under the weather and you are needing a drink of the hard variety, bare in mind, a touch of tonic will certainly make Oliver Twist gin go all the way down (in the most wonderful way).
